Oncology Nurse

Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration required.

A full-time nurse is required for on-site support of company staff. Must be a registered nurse from an accredited school of nursing and retain the accreditation throughout employment. Required to provide first aid for any minor injury cases and escalate if the case is too serious to handle on-site. Counsel and assist the patient family as well as patient to create a safe and therapeutic environment. Work with a recovery-focused attitude. Assist patients to understand their treatment plans and follow up when needed to check if they are following the plan. Provide administrative support to the medical doctors and consultants related to patient care. Provide help support and ensure that all sanitary guidelines are met to provide a clean and sanitary environment on the entire premises.

Responsible for coordination/management of patient’s care and evaluating services needed for patients. Manages patient case files, collaborates with medical service providers, and interacts with families to help with complex medical decisions.

Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, private homes, group homes, and similar institutions. May work under the supervision of a registered nurse. Licensing required.

Lead operations of the nursing department as well as oversee the respective nursing staff. Supervise care delivery systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with the Director of Nursing and/or Care Unit Manager to meet both facility and patient-care goals. Develop and uphold established nursing processes and procedures. Supervise distribution of medication, treatment, and therapies to safeguard quality control and adherence to local and state regulations. Budgeting and meeting management skills are also required.

Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness, independently or as part of a healthcare team. May focus on health promotion and disease prevention. May order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x rays. May prescribe medication. Must be registered nurses who have specialized graduate education.

A bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. Must be a registered nurse from an accredited school of nursing. Specialized training in infusion therapy is highly desirable. This role acts as the expert for infusion-related therapies and procedures. Set up the IV device and administer the assigned medication. Work to calm the patient and their family members by answering their questions. Must be willing to perform all nursing duties when required including critical patient motoring, leading the medical assistant staff, and surgery duty.

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Experience of surgery, trauma, Intensive care Unit (ICU), or critical dare is required. Willing to get more licenses/certifications to meet the departments' requirements. Manage bed allocation based on the medical status of patients as critical or non-critical. May need to man the support desk for the ICU occasionally. Maintain documentation of all cases as per hospital standards. Assess and respond to any time-sensitive issues as a critical caregiver while monitoring patient vitals. Adhere to all legal regulations concerning the rights of the patients and their families. Follow all departmental guidelines and procedures.

Direct nursing staff in the provision of patient care in a clinical practice setting, such as a hospital, hospice, clinic, or home. Ensure adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards.

Travel Nurses are Registered Nurses (RN) with different clinical backgrounds who work on temporary assignment, or move between locations such as hospitals, healthcare organizations, clinics and schools. They can work in the United States or travel internationally. Administer care, medications, and vaccines to patients, respond to their inquiries, work with medical records, control medical supplies inventory, and collaborate with other health care professionals.
