Recruit, screen, interview, or place individuals within an organization. May perform other activities in multiple human resources areas.

Plan, direct, or coordinate human resources activities and staff of an organization.

Must show demonstrated ability to manage a recruiting team. Experience in the successful handling of multiple hard-to-close vacancies within deadlines. Manage recruitment-related projects and all recruitment executives. Work on the growth planning and act accordingly. Also, assist in succession planning and develop a pipeline of candidates to ensure that the most frequent positions can be filled with minimum lead time. Provide coaching and guidance to the recruitment executives and create defined workflows to streamline processes. Monitor and track the KPIs to ensure that team is working on the most urgent business needs. Conduct interviews and screen candidates.

This role provides strategic vision and advice to the president. And steps in as the acting president when the president is not in office. Must have enough accounting and finance knowledge to give input on the overall condition of the market and the feasibility of the company’s plans. Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements. Develop and implement management strategies and processes. Must have impeccable communication skills. Ability to prioritize without supervision and delegate tasks effectively. Create a performance-based culture and track all KPIs of all departments. Step in and provide insight to solve roadblocks and keep the company on track to meet its annual targets.

Drive a tractor-trailer combination or a truck with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). May be required to unload truck. Requires commercial drivers' license. Includes tow truck drivers.

Serve as chief executive and apply innovative leadership and management skills to establish and achieve corporate goals and strategies. Requires oversight of finances, operations, personnel, and all other aspects of company. May require accountability to shareholders and board members.

Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Employ tactics such as business networking, cold calling, internet marketing, and job board posting to source qualified candidates and meet employee recruitment goals. Requires composition of job descriptions, applicant and database management, application and resume evaluation, interviewing, and candidate screening. May be responsible for attending career fairs, extending job offers, and onboarding new hires.
