Interview questions: The dos and don'ts
Employers talk about what you should ask and what you should avoid asking during your job interview.
Job seekers can hear from employers on what are inappropriate questions during a job interview, what they should be asking and how your research before the interview can help you stand out as an engaging and interested candidate.
In many cases, job seekers don't take the opportunity to use the interview as a time to review the employer as well to ensure that it's just as much of a fit for the job seekers as it is the hiring organization.
Also, remember that there is a time and a place to talk about certain issues like salary or benefits and that questions regarding these should be left for a second or third round of interviews because by this point you've proven your worth and you'll have a stronger ability to negotiate with an employer who is more interested in having you join their team.
