A college degree OR similar previous job experience is preferred with five to seven years
of practical field experience in a service or plant environment. Additional certification
related to the industry, such as PMI credentials, is preferred.
Must be able to understand planning, scheduling and reporting documentation generated for industrial turnarounds and or mechanical applications. Familiarity with project management and spreadsheet applications is required.
Must understand and have knowledge of safety, quality and administration practices and
procedures. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with supervisor, coworkers
and subordinates are essential.
Good leadership skills and proactive decision making and problem solving is necessary. The ability to oversee multiple tasks, customer correspondences’ and maintain a detailed scheduled is required.
Utilization of computer skills to navigate programs such as Primavera, Microsoft Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook to coordinate job activities is beneficial. Must
be able to meet all customer qualifications to access job site such as background check
assessments, multiple and random drug testing and training requirements.
