Entry Level Sales Development Rep - Townsquare Interactive - Recent college grads encouraged to apply!!

Think you want to do sales but don't have any experience?  This is the opportunity for you.  We are looking for a Sales Development Rep that will call and set appointments for our Sales Reps.   Base plus uncapped commissions.

Job Overview:
Townsquare is GROWING, we have gone from 0 to 60 employees in 8 months and we are looking for sales reps who want to be involved!!  We are division within Townsquare Media, we own 243 radio stations all across the country.  Our EVP was the President of AOL for almost 10 years so we are the expert in online advertising!

We have great training, weekly celebrations, my reps love coming to work!  It’s the perfect chance to take advantage of the digital sales headquarters being built right here in Charlotte NC.  We have a work hard play hard environment, corn hole set up in office, daily team building and all the coffee you can drink!

Townsquare Interactive combines innovative technology with our industry leading team of experts in search engine optimization (SEO), design, social media, web publishing, and reputation management to create a total web presence for small businesses online.   100% optimized for mobile as well.

Responsibilities:

•    Follow Townsquare Interactive sales best practices.
•    Call on small to medium sized business and set up appointments for the sales reps
 •   Develop and manage pipeline of potential opportunities effectively.
•    Provide insight and value to executive management to shape the future of our organization.
•    Research and industry trends and competitive analysis.
•    Work with client services to ensure customer success and retention.
•    Achieve monthly sales quotas 
•    WIN!

•    BA/BS business or marketing-related degree or equivalent experience.
•    Self-Motivated
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
