Account Manager (AM) will be responsible for account growth, relationship building, cross selling products, educating customers about our services, hitting and/or exceeding monthly quota, networking, having fun, as well as maximizing the growth of your sales team for the Mobile Market.
New Account Specialist:
The New Account Specialist will be responsible for account growth, relationship building, cross selling products, educating customers about our services, hitting and/or exceeding monthly quota, networking, having fun, as well as maximizing the growth of your sales team for the Industrial and Mobile Markets.
-Sell. The Account Manager's primary responsibility is to build relationships with each customer in personal data base and sell our products and services.
-Educate. Each AM will be responsible for educating our customer base on our many product lines.
-Study. The AM will be required to continually educate themselves about our different products and services. This may involve attending an in house class on the different products and services or making themselves privy to pertinent information from various publications.
-Outbound Focus. Must focus on outbound calls to assigned customer base making a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.
-Research/ Customer service skills. Always treat the customer’s concerns as primary focus. Take the time to research all problems to ensure the best outcome for both Logistics Corporation and our customers.
-Proper record keeping. All notes must be entered in CRM for proper communication purposes.
-Teamwork. Management appreciates and welcomes all feedback on how we can better our company. We expect participation in meetings.
-Clearly and professionally express thoughts and ideas verbally and in writing.
-Understand and respects the chain of command in management and follows this chain.
-Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Powerpoint.
-Alway represent Logistics Corporation by the highest standards when working with our customer base, Manufacture Partners, Team members, and sister companies.
-Maintain a positive demeanor.
