Red Bridge Consulting Group is currently Interviewing for a Global Practice Leader for a Full Time Position with one of our clients. Our client is an exciting, global leader in enterprise manufacturing software solutions. The Global Practice Leader can be located anywhere in the US so no need for relocation. Candidate would work remotely from their home office when they are not traveling. Our Client has offices located worldwide. Global Practice Lead – Scheduling and Dispatching Solutions:

Reporting to:  Senior Director Global Services & Industry Solutions

Location:  Open


  • Lead Company to realize significant revenue growth from delivering a compelling Scheduling/Dispatching Solution to market targeted at our strategic verticals (Medical Device, Semiconductor) 

Global Practice Leader Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Thought Leader for organizing the company around an aligned a Go-to-Market Strategy (Pricing, Packaging, Marketing, Sales, Services Delivery)
  • Collaborate cross functionally to drive Company’s Scheduling and Dispatch business globally
  • Craft an innovative and compelling product strategy/roadmap
  • Collaborate with development resources to build out solutions and supporting models
  • Support strategic Pre-Sales opportunities while enabling the global sales organization
  • Support Global Services on building out services strategy/capacity/capabilities
  • Guide Customer Support in establishing a Customer Support Model

Measures of Success:

  • Global Revenue (License/Services/Maintenance) for Scheduling/Dispatching Solutions
  • Customer satisfaction of Scheduling/Dispatching Solutions

Global Practice Leader Experience should include one on more of the following:

  • Industrial Engineering
  • Factory Planning
  • Factory Modelling
  • Factory Simulation
  • Factory Scheduling
  • Supply Chain

Global Practice Leader Software Application Knowledge:

  • Preactor
  • JDA Factory Planner
  • MJC2

Global Practice Leader Industry Experience:

  • Semiconductor – preferred
  • Medical Device
  • Discrete Manufacturing
