Position Title: Restaurant Manager Position Summary:
The Store Manager performs all operational duties of a “Subway Senior Sandwich Artist,” with “leadership by example” as the primary focus. The Manager will provide fast and courteous service to customers. The Manager will perform all operation duties, maintain, implement and enforce Subway policies and procedures as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, Company Policies, and Manager Manuals. The Manager will maintain all daily and weekly paperwork required by the company.

Personally maintain the required hours or schedule outlined by the company.
Maximize the profitability of the restaurant by increasing sales and controlling costs.
Maintain food cost according to the current company standard.

Maintain productivity at the current company standard.
Maintain the quality, freshness, and portion specifications outlined by Subway corporate and the local health department.
Maintain store compliance according to the standards of the current Subway corporate monthly evaluation in all areas under direct control of the manager.
Maintain hours of operation established by the company.
Routinely inspect all equipment and fixtures, inside and outside of the store, to ensure good working condition. Assist in the coordination of repairs and maintenance on an as needed basis.
Meet all staffing needs through effective interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling of employees.
Attend all meetings, seminars, and business functions mandated by the company.
Ongoing development of crew members to a promotable status, through the levels of service program and regular performance appraisals as outlined by the company.
Maintain an immaculately clean environment at all times.
Maintain an exemplary attitude at all times.
Proficiency in handling cash and making deposits.
Maintain control of the profit and loss of the store.
Maintain required inventory and products as outlined by the corporate policy.
