Context: OUR CLIENT’s Dynamics subunit is a part of Enterprise Solutions ($1.6 billion unit) and focusses on providing end-to-end CRM services and solutions. We engage with customers across the CRM implementation lifecycle spanning from strategy definition, product selection & road mapping, process design, solution architecture, design, build, deploy and post-implementation L2/L3 support. We have enabled customers across geographies to transform customer interactions across the functions of sales, marketing and service.   The nexus of forces created by advancements in technologies such as cloud computing, mobility, social and analytics creates a ‘Perfect Storm’ and provides a fertile ground for customers who are looking to transform customer experience through state-of-the-art technology enablement of their customer-centric processes and systems. In this connection, we are seeing explosive growth and demand in MS-Dynamics based CRM transformation and are looking at augmenting our offshore execution capabilities by building regional COE(s) that provide Presales, Consulting and Delivery capabilities.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities of Role:

  • Play a pivotal role in implementation programs by leading & driving CRM initiatives through the phases of Discover (identify requirements) and Define (translate into CRM solution).
  • Identify the customer’ requirements in Sales, marketing and service areas during the Discover phase and lead solution definition through  business process enhancements, functional design and conceptualization of business & technical solution architecture
  • Enable better utilization of product functionality and feature set to accelerate time to value, & reduce implementation risk
  • Conduct CRM workshops with business and technical SME(s) and sponsors to design global solution templates, carry out CRP(s) and translate requirements into functional specifications and configuration documents
  • Play an advisory role in consulting engagements to help customers in their CRM journey and transformation by defining a strategy and roadmap to realize CRM vision
  • Address business & technical challenges in implementation , upgrade and migration programs by translating them into functional and system requirements and proposing technology design and solutions that are aligned with business requirements
  • Architect XRM solutions & extend the CRM solution across multiple channels by leveraging associated Microsoft technologies

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Multiple end-to-end CRM implementations including complex implementation for a large user-base
  • Global deployment experience , preferably on both online and on-premise version
  • Solution Architecture expertise in areas of CRM configuration & customization , extending CRM platform using xRM components & framework, integration, reporting, data migration, BI and security
  • Detailed working knowledge of CRM customizations and configurations and following technologies (Net Development, WCF,  C#, HTML 5, XML, UI Customizations,  Javascript,  JSON,  Jquery, Workflow design,  SSRS,  Application Integration,  Web Services)
  • Dynamics certifications (MUST have)
  • Knowledge of onsite-offshore delivery and working across geographies and business cultures
  • Soft Skills: Adaptability, Drive for results, Collaboration, Influencing for Impact, flexible player, strong desire to succeed and passion for technology& its application
  • Executive presence suitable for client interaction with senior business and technical executives
  • Deep product knowledge of MSFT Dynamics, functional & technical background , high degree of techno-functional proficiency on CRM business processes in Sales Force Automation , Marketing automation and Service management
  • Good understanding of ISV solutions in the market & their application in implementation
