Job Description

The Summit at Brighton Independent Living and part of Rochester’s only LifeCare Continuing Care Retirement Community, is seeking an experienced Sales Counselor with a proven track record in the senior living industry to join our team. The primary job function of the Sales Associate is to lead the sales and marketing efforts in a prospect centered selling culture. Familiarity with customer relations management software (REPS) a plus, working interdepartmentally to coordinate move-in/transfer arrangements. Competitive salary, commissions and benefit package.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience in an independent living or CCRC.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating environment, Microsoft Office, and e-mail programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for seniors and their families.
