Dental Associates currently has multiple Patient Care Coordinator openings at our Sturtevant, WI clinic.

The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and each and every interaction is an opportunity to achieve Total Patient Satisfaction. The Patient Care Coordinator utilizes effective interpersonal communication and patient relations to accurately collect, process, enter and record data. They also confirm appointments, post charges and payments, and help coordinator front and back office flow.


Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment where they respond to phone and in person patient inquiries—as well as generate appointments and patient files. They will also enjoy multi-tasking and working with a variety of positions including Dentists, Insurance Providers, Managers/Supervisors, Administrative Assistants, and team members from other facilities.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year Administrative/Customer Service experience in an office setting
  • Overall knowledge and understanding of dental terminology
  • Some positions require regular travel between the Milwaukee area clinics including the Franklin, Sturtevant, Kenosha, Cesar Chavez or Wauwatosa locations
  • Bi-lingual capabilities preferred

Job Requirements

  • Self-motivated and possess a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional and courteous phone etiquette, and ability to build rapport with patients
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including good PC skills
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general correspondence and instructions
