Behavior Analyst / Program Supervisors (ABA)

Behavioral Learning Center, Inc. (BLC, Inc.) provides behavior analytic services to children and adults with developmental disabilities and related conditions. Intervention is provided to our clients across school, home, and community environments depending on their needs and that of their caregivers. A functional behavior analysis is conducted by a trained professional in the field of behavior analysis and an individualized treatment plan is then created to address behavioral excesses and skill deficits. The programs offered are: ABA/DTT and Adaptive Skills. We currently contract with the Regional Centers in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys.

We are currently hiring Behavior Analyst and Supervisors who are responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of client programs and sessions. Additional responsibilities involve parent education goal setting, analyzing treatment outcomes, training staff and report writing.   Our managers and supervisors work in an assigned regional area close to their home so travel is minimal!

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • MA/MS in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Speech Communication Disorders or any other related area of study
  • BCBA or enrolled in a BCBA program
  • Skilled in applying behavior analysis for at least one 1 year
  • Previous experience writing functional behavior analysis
  • Possess a caring and patient demeanor as well as a love to work with children diagnosed with autism
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) speakers are highly encouraged to apply and may be paid a differential due to your unique abilities
  • CA Driver's License, reliable transportation and auto insurance
  • Proper background check and TB clearance
