IT Helpdesk Support Analyst

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay: $45,000 to $50,000 per year

Hours: 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Our IT Support Analyst provides dynamic technical and functional support via telephone, email, IM, or other means of contact for our employees throughout the US and Internationally. Our team is the voice of IT, providing thorough, timely and accurate resolution and documentation of issues and requests and providing excellent technical support, expedient triage and escalation of system and network issues ensuring minimal employee and customer impact during the 2nd and 3rd shift hours. Monitor systems and network, and complete back-up tapes for our global organization. We operate CISCO VCS Servers and Nexus Network, EMC VNX storage, SQL 2008-12 operating 10 production servers, 30 development servers each with 3 primary databases up to 1.5 TB.

 

Job Requirements


  • Excellent customer service, time management, problem solving and timely decision making abilities key to success
  • 3 year minimum enterprise work experience providing IT hardware and software troubleshooting required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous enterprise work experience monitoring the system and network a plus
  • Previous enterprise work experience resolving issues related to IT Support,  network support, PC troubleshooting, application troubleshooting required
  • Ability to answer questions and resolve problems via phone, e-mail or in person required
  • Ability to listen and ask questions to diagnose and solve hardware and software issues required
  • Strong written and verbal skills required
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with a team required
  • Citrix XenApp, Active Directory, SAN/LAN and Exchange enterprise work experience
  • Works a flexible schedule, including on-call support
  • Commitment to work 2nd or 3rd shift required
