Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

 We are currently seeking full and part time Customer Service Representatives to work in our Thorntons Stores at the following locations:

Store 154- Bardstown Rd, Bashford Manor

Store 25- Bardstown Road, Bashford Manor

Store 102- Taylorsville Rd, Hikes Point

Store 24- Taylorsville Road, Hikes Point

Store 54- Bardstown Road, Buechel

Store 96- Poplar Level Rd

Store 60- Preston Hwy, Audubon Park

Store 28- 1st and Broadway

Store 22- Jeffersonville, IN

Store 156- New Albany, IN

Store 64- Clarksville, IN

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Excellent customer service skills are a must.

Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus. 

Be able to attend work each and every scheduled day and work your full shift. 

Job requires long periods of standing including, but not limited to, an 8 hour shift.

Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Performs specific tasks as assigned by the managers. 

Be able to speak, read, understand, and write the English language including the ability to hear the spoken word. 

Have sufficient visual acuity to check identification and process money orders. 

Be able to read and understand instructions for operation of electronic cash registers and other equipment.
