As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping others on a daily basis – selling connections between needs and solutions. Currently, we're looking to expand our local team and are searching for a results-driven sales professional to work on client and sales development.

We're looking for a very sales-driven type person, one who has an outside sales mind-set who loves to build rapport and strengthen relationships. The perfect candidate needs to be comfortable speaking on the phone while maintaining a high number of contacts. Creativity in lead generation is a MUST.


Position Summary:


  • Creates a positive awareness of Delta-T Group's services in the market by utilizing knowledge of behavioral health services and needs
  • Build a territory of business
  • Conduct sales presentations on appointments
  • Continuously increase billable hours and client leads in database
  • Generate New Placement Requests weekly    


General Duties of the Healthcare Staffing Business Account Manager

  • Develop Marketing Plan to convert prospective, stale, and inactive accounts to active account status
  • Be professionally aggressive with client sales and contractor recruiting.
  • Define organizational structures by obtaining names of other departments and department contacts that should be aware of our services.
  • Call through facilities cold and network through active account contacts to generate new contacts at a facility,
  • Treat each client request as a “Special Project"
  • Generate Placement Requests from new facilities and new departments within active facilities.       
  • Be available for Staffing Coordinator interactions to become aware of clients having staffing opportunities, present or potential.
  • Provide information to management about the market
  • Handle problems that arise in dealing with active accounts.


Job Requirements


Experience: 3-5 years sales experience. Recruiting, staffing or service/sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. Ideal candidate will have experience in the education field working with non-profits and clinical professionals
