Beckfield College, a private four-year career-education college, is located in Florence, KY and in Tri-County, OH.  We are dedicated to providing a quality education in a friendly atmosphere with individual attention to the needs of our students.  At Beckfield, we believe in designing the college around our students' needs, not in molding the student to the system to create a student-centered learning environment. ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVE

 

The Admissions Representative position is an ideal opportunity to add depth and excitement to his/her career. An Admissions Representative helps others to achieve their goals and change their lives through the power of career training and education, while meeting their own professional, financial, and personal goals.  The admissions representative will work both on and off campus to prospect students.   They will help in planning and implementing recruiting activities.  

 

Position Goal:  The admissions representative will meet or exceed quarterly new student recruitment, while building awareness of Beckfield College within the community.

 

The Admissions Representative is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of year-round admissions.

 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Student admission interviews
  • Presenting the history, goals and objectives of Beckfield College
  • Presenting the school’s policies and procedures.

 

If you have the following qualities, we are looking for you!!

  • 2-3 years successful sales experience
  • Telephone appointment setting
  • Interviewing
  • Closing and follow-up skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Upbeat - energetic personality
  • Ability to motivate others to action
  • Admission experience preferred

 

Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Previous sales experience
  • High Energy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible Schedule
