Improve retention % in assigned territory through effective
communication and product application consultation.
Receives/reviews 2nd level escalations from Account Managers
Increase territory revenue performance through the recovery of
lapsed customers at company established performance levels.
Provides coaching, mentoring to Account Managers on daily duties
performed by Account Managers. Lead position will have approximately 7 Account
Managers that directly report to them.
