Responsibilities:

Improve retention % in assigned territory through effective communication and product application consultation.

 

Receives/reviews 2nd level escalations from Account Managers

 

Increase territory revenue performance through the recovery of lapsed customers at company established performance levels.

 

Provides coaching, mentoring to Account Managers on daily duties performed by Account Managers. Lead position will have approximately 7 Account Managers that directly report to them.

 

Implement and maintain customer contact strategy, schedule and records.

 

Contribute to team efficiency and productivity by providing expertise and feedback to continuously improve processes.  Participate in departmental meetings and committees.

 

Work with other departments to communicate customer needs and resolve issues.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Some college or equivalent work experience preferred.

 

A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.

 

Two to three years management experience.

 

Sales experience in a fast-paced, high customer contact tele-business environment.

 

Subject matter expert in Sales, AFW/Online and one of the following - PCCZ, SC, Collision.
