Job Description

Ashley Furniture HomeStore is actively seeking full time and part time Customer Service Reps for our call center located in Glendale, AZ.  Customer Service Reps respond to a wide variety of customer calls and situations and provide solutions in a courteous, professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements

1-2 years retail or customer service/call center experience

  • Necessary Skills and Abilities:
  • Must possess proficient communication skills with customers and all levels of management.
  • Must be courteous and tactful.
  • Excellent organizational skills required.
  • Proficient with multi-line phone system and computer.
  • Experience with MS office.
