Creates and implements developmentally appropriate and individualized lesson plans for special needs students   Develops and implements Individualized Education Plans for students.

Job Requirements

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education from an accredited college or university and a 4 year Resident Educator or Alternative Resident Educator license through the state of Ohio as an Intervention Specialist. Experience working in a special education environment with children having behavior problems preferred. A valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.  Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.
