Data Entry/Filing Clerk

General Office Administration

 

Are you well organized, and a self-starter? Do you excel in Microsoft Office programs and have a proven track record of successfully supporting the day to day operations of an organization? If so, we need to hear from you TODAY!  We are working with a large client in the Sacramento area with multiple, immediate openings.

Job Description:

 

We are in immediate need of people who are proficient and experienced in the following areas:

  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, or Power Point
  • Answering 1-10 phone lines
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning, faxing, image filing
  • Typing and transcription of information
  • Answering phones, routing calls

 

Job Requirements

Our most successful candidates possess the following skills and characteristics:

  • Typing – 35+ words per minute
  • Data Entry – 7,000+ keystrokes per hour
  • Experience within the last year in the area you are interested in working
  • Must have positive attitude, be accountable for actions, professional and dedicated

  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Consistent and reliable means of transportation

Salary/Benefits:

Salary ranges vary based on experience and specific type of employment sought, but typically ranges from $9.50-12 per hour

 

PrideStaff employees have access to (optional) medical, dental, and vision coverage from the first day of employment, on. 401K plan is also available.
