Vitalyst is considering high potential sales candidates to cover our national regions Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Job Summary

Potential candidates will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will serve as an essential component to the sales team.

 

Essential Functions

Portfolio Management

  • Organize and segment assigned accounts

  • Conduct Research

  • Lead Qualification

  • Timely and accurate data entry in our CRM system 

Prospecting

  • Conduct initial prospecting calls
  • Develop a complete map of the prospects' potential areas of need
  • Profile the decision-making process
  • Converse with key decision-makers to evaluate needs and uncover internal agendas and timelines
  • Perform required follow up/ additional calls

  • Schedule initial conference calls with appointed Sales Manager 


Job Requirements


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Four-year degree required 
  • Initiative demonstrated through business accomplishments, extra-curricular activities, or volunteer activities
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter, motivated, assertive, organized, proactive, creative, adaptable, and works with a sense of urgency
  • Must be coach-able 
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Proficient oral and written communication
