Position TItle:  Call Center Director
Department:  Call Center Operations
Location:  LI Region

Qualifications:  Prefer minimum of Bachelor's Degree in business or health care.
Minimum of 3- 5 years experience at the Director Level in a Call Center Operations preferred.
Highly effective communication both orally and in writing.
Organizational and problem solving skills are essential. 
Possess leadership skills.
Time management is crucial and an ability to prioritize projects/work.

Will report to the VP of Call Center.

The Call Center Director will be responsible for successful delivery of patient service in the call center.  Will work with VP of Call Center to define policies and procedures.
Ensure the calls are handled promptly, meets quality assurance and customer service guidelines.
Take the lead on cross functional call center service delivery initiatives.

Salary:  $120,000
