We have tripled in size since opening our doors in 2009 - each run by a manager who started in the entry-level position and progressed through our management training program. Our goal is to triple in size again within the next year and enter Europe market.

We have recently acquired a tremendous increase in client generated leads and need more talent to help our team! 

This job involves one to one sales interaction with customers. Since this position will be directly business to consumer (no telemarketing, emailing or direct mailers involved) dynamic people with great personalities will be most successful. As our clients ask us for more manpower, we look to add the best and brightest to our team – and we are hoping you’re it! 

Our immediate goal is to further develop this office and expand through the Midwest. We will then continue our expansions into cities throughout the U.S., and our participation in campaigns spanning across the globe.

Job Requirements


  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills, demonstrated effective organizational and proactive problem solving skills confidence in working in an environment of complexity and ambiguity is required.
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred – Most Commonly Considered Majors: Public Relations, Communications, Economics, Marketing, Management, Business & Entrepreneurship, Sports Management
  • A demonstrated expertise in time management and organizational skills.
  • A demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated with an ability to work as a team member in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work independently to deliver results, demonstrated leadership in community and/or professional organizations and the ability to travel overnight as required.
  • SENSE OF HUMOR!!! (This is NOT a typical cubical job!!)
