We are a JCAHO accredited private duty home health agency providing services in Hillsborough County.  We are the highest standard of care and we are looking for a responsible and detail oriented person who has experience doing the following:      

Payroll processing

HR file creation/maintenance

MR file creation/maintenance




Answering phones

Assisting the DON with patient specific tasks

Assisting the Operations manager with Admin, Scheduling Tasks, and Compliance

Job Requirements

Admin Assist / Medical Secretary

  • High School Diploma required
  • CPR Certification
  • Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); internet.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as medical secretary and/or administrative assistant within a healthcare office setting; knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Valid driver’s license, ACHA level 2, drug testing.
