Job Description

Responsible for Inventory Control, deals with all vendors, placing PO’s, doing item receipts etc.

Has one direct report, warehouse manager to help with warehouse duties.

Needs to manage the production report and run weekly meetings.

Monitor stock levels, manage reorder points and make inventory purchase recommendations to COO.

Ability to manage production and work within a dead line.


This is a company that has some seasonality.  March –August busy months and may have to work overtime.


There is lots of room for growth and a very desirable benefit package available for the candidate with a great attitude along with the above skills.


Hours are 7:30 – 4:30 every day with an hour for lunch.

Position is salaried.

$65,000 a year with potential bonus down the road.

Paid medical insurance for employee after 90 days.

Job Requirements



Must know Quick Books Enterprise software with Inventory management.


Understand “Build Assemblies"


Must be able to take raw parts and convert them through “build assemblies" into finished goods to be sold.


Must be able to interface with the warehouse as well as vendors and customers

Must work well with the production team including the two leads, sowing and assembly.
