Our Orlando Toyota dealership is thrilled to be named to the President’s Cabinet!
What is the Toyota President’s Cabinet? Basically, it’s Toyota’s most exclusive and illustrious award. Like we said, only 12 dealers are picked from the entire nation, and they’re named to the cabinet based on sales, operations at their dealership, and customer satisfaction. Our new Toyota dealership in Orlando delivered on all three accounts, and we were the only Toyota dealer in Central Florida to make the cabinet this year!
That’s not all our Orlando Toyota dealership was awarded, however! We were also given two other high honors that we’re extremely proud to accept.
The Toyota President’s Award: This award goes out to Toyota dealers based on customer satisfaction – it’s only given to dealerships that uphold Toyota’s high standards when it comes to customer service.
The Board of Governor’s Award: This special and prestigious award is only given to 60 dealers out of the 1,250 existing dealers in the country. In order to receive it, the dealership must have a high commitment to customer service and satisfaction, while also performing well in sales.

Toyota of Orlando currently seeks several self-directed and goal-oriented individuals to join our Sales and Customer Service team. We’re looking for candidates who have sales, customer service, customer relations and/or telemarketing experience! The Product Sales Specialist will build relationships with customers while discovering their needs and concerns. They also demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a team focused environment to ensure the ongoing growth of the business.
With the fundamental goal of providing excellent customer service, starting the sales process and building rapport with our customers, you will:
• Meet and greet customers
• Fact finding and information gathering
• Help customers find a vehicle based on wants and needs
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features to customer, to include test driving
• Achieve daily, weekly and/or monthly sales metrics
