The Role
Responsible for filling the needs of clients and candidates, an Executive Recruiter works with the team to recruit, qualify and interview candidates for permanent/direct hire positions at client companies. While an accounting and finance background is helpful, a sales-driven attitude and team-oriented approach coupled with the desire to meet the needs of clients and candidates are essential. This position is a combination of recruiting and sales - we want to talk to people who are interested in both!

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate has:

a Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, human resources or a related discipline

3+ years recruiting, staffing or service (vs. product) sales experience

superb communication, listening, and customer service skills

the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team office environment

great organization and attention to detail

the drive to generate leads and quality candidates through cold calling, following up on referrals and building relationships with all levels of accounting and finance professionals in your market
