The Team

Hotel General Managers- Are the Key Drivers’ who fuel the success of the Extended Stay Concept. They are able to run locations that are profitable with confidence in a company that provides Growth Opportunities and a Solid Career Path. 
  

For management to continually monitor and evaluate the adequacy of the extended stay operation model, a great amount of focus should be placed on providing Quality Assurance, Modern Amenities with Technology and Customer service-What every Hotel Strives for.

General Managers assure the highest level of  service and quality. They select, orient, train, and manage a Team of four to eight (4-8).  They handle all of the P&L decisions for a multi-million dollar operation.  The General Manager is to oversee all the operations and practices of the organization. 
  
The job requires an energetic professional who has 2+ years management experience. The ideal candidate has a college degree and has completed a management training program with a established hotel or restaurant chain, or has been a key holder with a retail or convenience store. Assistant or department managers who know how to hire, train, discipline and motivate and who are ready to step up to full P&L responsibility will find our opportunity very appealing. 

Job Requirements

Competitive Candidates will have:

  • 2 years Management

  • College Degree/Hospitality Certification or Equivalent work experience

  • Full P&L understanding

  • Sales & Marketing abilities

  • Quality Assurance Inspections experience and/or an proven ability to get teams to perform at the highest level of detail
