Job Requirements

      

    Ideal candidates:

    3 years minimum full service restaurant management background

    Strong BOH/FOH overlapping skills

    Exceptional planning and organizational skills

    Knowledge of how to motivate and coach a team of specialists

    No more than 2 jobs in 5 years

    Ability to pass a background and drug screen
