Job Description

Summary of Position


Develop and deliver a strategic marketing program for the Online Learning product portfolio in alignment with both enterprise level and business line objectives.   Position acts in a consultative capacity to partner with the Online Learning business team to understand marketplace dynamics and analyze business performance that inform and influence the creation of a comprehensive integrated marketing program.  The ideal candidate will be collaborative and demonstrate strategic orientation, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage competing priorities.


The position is responsible for a portfolio of products distributed globally via e-commerce.  Experience with global marketing, product portfolio marketing (including individual product and bundled products) and e-commerce marketing best practices are highly desired.




  • Develop and implement strategic marketing program to support enterprise and business objectives.
  • Create marketing and advertising campaigns as part of larger marketing program.
  • Execute campaigns and tactical elements of marketing program.
  • Plan, test, monitor and measure marketing activity.
  • Analyze and report on marketing program and business performance.
  • Understand marketplace, follow trends and analyze business performance; apply learning in real time to marketing program to influence results and drive growth.
  • Manage projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee use of internal resources and external vendors; ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and business partners locally, globally and in virtual teams.
  • Manage marketing program budget.
  • Occasional copy writing, proofreading and editing.


Technical Marketing skills

  • Digital marketing, including email, search advertising, display advertising, web contnent management, SEO, social media, video, virtual events, analytics, etc.  
  • Traditional marketing, including direct mail, print, live events, etc.
  • Copy writing, proofreading and editing.
  • Integrated marketing campaign management (planning, execution and analysis)
  • Testing and analytics – A/B testing, multi-variant testing, standard campaign reporting, analytics of campaign performance against KPIs, determine ROMI.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related business discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Seven or more years of marketing experience.
  • Not-for-profit organization and global expertise desired.
  • Curiosity, courage and commitment.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving
  • Project management, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and negotiating.
