Job Description

Seeking a General Manager for an exciting new casual entertainment venue coming to Cary.  With 25 units currently spread out across the US, this company is preparing to open the next 2 units this spring. The entire venue is redefining dinner and entertainment.  The restaurants are hip and stylish, and are the perfect place to relax. This venue offers entertainment for the entire family. The menu is custom, upscale and eclectic…and the bar menu is unique and ever changing.  This concept offers the ultimate mix in dining and entertainment.

The ideal General Manager candidate will come with a tenured background in multi-unit restaurant operations in a full service environment…or… will have strong GM background in a “high-volume", full service".  Absolute skills in budget control, P&L knowledge, hiring and training oversight, and food and beverage management are essential. Responsibilities will include managing the overall operation of the venue, overseeing restaurant managers, sales teams and venue managers.

High volume management experience is a must!

Job Requirements


Ideal Qualifications include:

  • 3 or more year’s tenure as a General Manager or Multi-Unit Manager

  • Understanding of managing a high volume restaurant operation

  • Must play well with others

  • Must show solid upward restaurant career progression

  • No more than 2 restaurant management  jobs in the last 5 years

  • Must lead with professionalism and commit to team development

  • Knowledge of all aspects of restaurant Profit/Loss statements

  • Must know how to use a calculator

  • Must not suffer fear when it comes to budgets or costs!
