Pay: Base + commission 


  • Supports established national accounts for Fortune 500 companies
  • Recruits for skill sets in Accounting, Finance, Mortgage, Marketing and others
  • Conducts phone interviews with candidates across the US
  • Utilizes job boards and LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates
  • Meets daily, weekly and monthly metrics

Job Requirements

  • Previous recruiting experience is helpful, but not required
  • Previous experience in a metrics driven environment
  • Must have 3-4 years professional working experience
