Job Description

Admin Assistant to the Managers of a well established company .

Main Purpose of Position: Provide assistance and direct support to Managers by taking care of clerical and project management tasks.

Essential Functions of the Admin Assistant:

  • Coordinate directly with the Managers to assist with clerical duties including data entry, screening/directing phone calls, and scheduling appointments
  • Effectively work with all levels of staff, to provide appropriate support and accurate information
  • Act as a contact person for various suppliers and departments
  • Answer general queries by telephone, email or in person
  • Scan, copy, fax, and/or email pertinent documents
  • Maintain filing and office organization
  • Assist Managers with any other necessary job duties

Job Requirements

Requirement of the Executive Assistant:

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong Accounts Payable Experience required
* Excellent Grammer and writing Skills.
* Order and stock office supplies
* Order housekeeping suppliesResponsible for typing Purchase Orders and Quotes
* Strong Communication and organizational skills
* Good previous job stability
* Must have previous experience as an Executive Assistan
* Typing 50+ words a minute
