Job Description

The Program Analyst primary responsibilities will be to support the Program Execution Office (PMO) as it relates to Program level reporting, execution management and policy adherence to enterprise standards as defined by the enterprise program office.


The Program Analyst will work directly with the Program Execution Office (PMO). The candidate will assist with the development of various reporting decks, preparation of key meeting notes, follow up with key project teams, maintain key issues/risks for the program, preparation and maintenance key Program level charts, maintenance of critical program libraries, basic knowledge of PMO common standards. The candidate will work directly with project managers and help them with the project common standards, customized training and mentoring and achieving the sustainable value as defined by the companies’ enterprise standards.

Job Requirements


  • Experience working in a PMO Office 3 – 5 years
  • Experience managing or being a contributing resource on end to end technology & process projects
  • Process/procedure/guideline creation and/or optimization
  • Experience working in fast paced and highly regulatory environments
  • Strong organization skills and capable of managing multiple tasks/projects
  • Strong presentation, writing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to cultivate effective working relationships with key business partners, stakeholders and team members
  • Familiarity PMP processes and procedures – SDLC knowledge


Application Skills:

  • Proficient understanding in Program Office/Project management principles (SLDC’s)
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Discovery and other Process Asset Libraries
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient MS Project software
