Inside Sales Representative – Merchant Financing
Priority Payment Systems LLC

Immediately seeking self-motivated, dependable Inside Sales Representatives to generate outbound sales and sell business loan products to prospective merchants on behalf of a major financial institution. Minimum 3 years outside/inside sales experience with a proven track record of success required. This is a base pay position with monthly, uncapped commissions.


As an inside Sales Representative, a qualified candidate will call merchants to close sales of loan products.

  • Identify and analyze various loan products
  • Successfully manage outbound call volume and some inbound in a fast paced environment
  • Develop and maintain solid team relationships
  • Ensure and maintain the integrity on behalf of the major financial institution brand through a professional work ethic and outstanding, consultative sales and service attributes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and merchant follow up
  • Create and maintain strong sales relationships with merchants
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

As an Inside Sales Representative, a qualified candidate must possess excellent analytical, time management, comprehension and customer service skills including verbal communication skills, well developed, active listening and relationship building skills. A qualified candidate must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and management levels and possess above average command of the English language. The qualified candidate must have superb interpersonal and phone communication skills, be able to work proactively with all support center personnel and enjoy working in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Must possess high level computer skills with experience using Outlook, Excel, Word, and Internet navigation.  Previous “Sales Force" experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements Include:
  • 4 year degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience 
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Advanced ability to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls in a B2B environment while achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to sell financial products and services
  • Working knowledge of loan products, interest rates, fees, discount rates and loan terms
  • Ability to quickly and accurately handle a variety of mathematical loan scenarios
  • Experience in credit card processing, recruiting, mortgage lending, banking, cash advance insurance sales and/or solid B2B solutions sales necessary
