Insurance Agent- Employee Benefits
*This position is located in Woodland, CA

We are looking for an individual to manage several projects on one desk. This individual must be available to offer support to help our clients protect their most important asset - their health. Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare new and renewal proposals, comparisons, quote information
  • Renewal remarketing – enrollment info to/from carriers/employer group
  • Prepare presentation materials for clients & prospects
  • All 3rd party software including internet rate/quote
  • Review all new and renewal policies for computer/data/coverage accuracy

Job Requirements

 Your Talents and Abilities must include:

  • Experience in Agency Benefits Insurance
  • Current California Life and Health Insurance License
  • Understanding of insurance carrier plans for Group Medical, Dental, Vision & Life (HMO, PPO, HSA)
  • 3 - 5 years experience with RFP's
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Individual (IFP) knowledge including Medicare & Supplements
  • A professional demeanor & proven Customer Service abilities
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Effective written & verbal communication capabilities
  • Solid interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build good rapport with prospective and existing employer clients
