Job Description

In partnership with the VP of HR, plans and manages the execution and delivery of Human Resources. Ensures consistent treatment of associates according to Company Policies and Procedures, the Associate Handbook, accepted professional Company practices and overall Company and Corporate Philosophy.

Job Requirements


Education, Certifications and /or licenses:

•Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
•Professional accreditation PHR preferred.
•Five (5) years of experience in an HR position with responsibility for supporting executives, performance management, compensation, benefits, associate relations, EEO/AAP and legal compliance.
