Large Staffing Company, due to large influx of new business, looks to hire 2 receptionists/front office coordinators! Business is booming!

The Front Office Coordinator is the first person people see or speak to, so creating a positive first impression both in person and over the phone is essential. The main responsibilities of the Front Office Coordinator are to answer the telephones, greet visitors and applicants, administer various employment forms, administer skills evaluations, maintain the front office’s appearance and participate in other administrative and team projects as needed.

Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator Summary:
Previous experience as an admin assistant is a plus!

-Handle all phone calls professionally, courteously and promptly

-Determine the caller’s needs and handle or route as necessary

-Document all required information in the applicant tracking system

-Greet and process all visitors professionally and with a pleasant demeanor, determine their needs and then route appropriately

-Manage the applicant flow

-High volume of data entry of online applications into candidate tracking system daily where accuracy and attention to detail are a must

-Prepare correspondence, mailings and paperwork as requested


Job Requirements

Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator Qualifications:

-Minimum 1 year of general office, front desk, and customer service experience

-High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED)

-Meet testing requirements in the areas of data entry, general office and customer service

-Must be outgoing and have a professional and personable demeanor

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word is preferred

-Professional Business attire is required
