Uline seeks a Quality Assurance Associate at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee).

QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop quality expertise in your assigned product line.
  • Analyze customer comments and product returns to identify trends.
  • Work cross-departmentally to identify and resolve quality concerns.
  • Help facilitate vendor returns and credits.
  • Assist with new product, secondary vendor and new vendor check-ins. Ensure all products adhere to Uline quality standard.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the quality improvement / quality control process from start to finish.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communicator – speaks and writes clearly and to the point.
  • Extremely organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and finish projects accurately and on time.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
