HR Manager

Responsibilities:

             Implement HR initiatives to help support our drive to improve business performance

             Act as a key resource for facilitating processes designed to build a bench of talent and help associates achieve their full potential

             Provide daily performance management guidance to line management including coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions

             Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention

             Assist managers on staffing strategy and hiring practices to ensure new hires are qualified to have the most chance for success, and hiring practices are in compliance with legal requirements

Requirements:

             5-7 years of hands on HR experience and an HR Manager or HR Business Partner

             Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required

•             PHR/SPHR certification preferred
