JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Position Title: iWarehouse Labor Management Consultant -

Supply Chain/Industrial Engineer

Reports to: President

 

 

Position Summary:

Consulting with customers, assisting in the development and measurement of performance metrics and reporting methods, and managing iWarehouse projects. Also will include administrative responsibility for ordering Raymond’s iWarehouse products and software for customers and managing licensing agreements.

 

The position can be located in Kansas City, MO, St. Louis, MO, or Memphis, TN.

 

Special Skills Needed:

Extensive technical aptitude in relation to industry. Excellent communication skills, solid leadership ability, advanced computer skills and management experience. Must maintain an acceptable driving record.

 

Physical Job Demands:

Energetic, ability to climb stairs, drive vehicle, bend, stoop and lift 25-100 lbs. occasionally. Use PC, telephone and hand tools for training purposes.

 

 

Position is: Salaried (Exempt) + Performance Bonus

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree desirable; with an emphasis in Labor Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Logistics or Operations Management

Experience Required: Prefer a minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Developing Labor Standards, or related experience to work as a Labor Management Consultant on our iWarehouse team.

Travel Required: Ability to travel approximately 35% of the total hours worked

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1.       Develop and measure standards.

 

2.       Analyze customer’s existing policies, procedures, and methods and make recommendations for improvements.

 

3.       Develop proposals including product hardware and software, and assist in presenting proposals to customers.

 

4.       Coordinate and place orders, and manage projects.

 

5.       Strong analytical and problem solving aptitude.

 

6.       Experience with statistical analysis, work measurement, and process analysis.

 

7.       Maintain strong, positive relationships with the customer base, departments and employees to insure quality of customer service.
