Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and measure standards.
2. Analyze customer’s existing policies, procedures, and methods and make recommendations for improvements.
3. Develop proposals including product hardware and software, and assist in presenting proposals to customers.
4. Coordinate and place orders, and manage projects.
5. Strong analytical and problem solving aptitude.
6. Experience with statistical analysis, work measurement, and process analysis.
7. Maintain strong, positive relationships with the customer base, departments and employees to insure quality of customer service.
