Account Manager, Integrated Supply

F&M MAFCO, Inc., the Powerful Solutions People, a leader in the equipment rental and construction supply distribution industry is seeking an  Account Manager  to assist in servicing our Integrated Supply  customers.

Key responsibilities   

  • Collaborate with Corporate Account Manager to service Integrated Supply relationships
  • Involves working with both client leadership and operations personnel
  • Fostering and forging new/existing relationships that impact the long term success of our business relationships
  • Analyze data and generate reports required by both customer and F&M
  • Utilizing assigned F&M MAFCO team members, this position will manage data and coordinate activities that result in exceeding performance standards relative to established contract criteria and key performance indicators (KPI)


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, servicing major/corporate accounts and/or large service territory in a similar role
  • Project management background
  • Experience in lead or work leadership role, to include directing and motivation others
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • High level of communication, interpersonal and presentation skills required, with ability to respond to inquiries at all levels
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment
  • Some college/Associate’s Degree in a related field
  • Solid computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, PowerPoint and Prelude (or a comparable platform) in order to perform data analysis, report generation and formulating sales materials/presentations
  • Must be able to accommodate frequent overnight travel demands
