BA/BS with strong academic record
1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role
Detail Oriented, Self-Motivated, and Proactive, with excellent organizational skills
Ability to partner with other departments to move projects forward
Ability to demonstrate a strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven history of meeting and/or exceeding aggressive deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
Experience managing multiple complex and moving projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Solid understanding of the online marketing industry
Proficient in all standard Windows Microsoft programs (Excel and Power Point)
Experience in an Internet-based company or industry also a plus. Exposure to marketing channels, phrase and terms such as: affiliate marketing, email marketing, tracking pixels, paid search, reporting metrics such as unsubscribe rate and click-through rate, Omniture / Adobe SiteCatalyst Reporting, Google Analytics, List management, data segmenting.
Experience or exposure to creative process is a plus
