Overview

 

The IT Business Relationship Manager acts as the liaison between the IT department and the various business escalations. An ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as, the ability to form strong business relationships. Ideally, the candidate will have an understanding of both information technology and its application to business issues and of the use of information technology in a strategic context as a means to an end.

 

Responsibilities of the position include assisting in the prioritization of projects, ensuring that projects align with technology that best provides maximum return on investment, and supporting IT strategy in conjunction with the overall business strategy. The BRM will understand the business, identify their needs, and envision business solutions in order to improve the company as a whole. With the large number of resources in Technology, this position will be the single source to provide updates in a consistent manner.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • BA degree or equivalent in related field
  • Minimum 5 Years in a similar role
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex business requirements to the technology teams
  • bility to understand and communicate/present detailed & advanced business solutions
  • Ability to understand complex and detailed business processes
  • Must have a business background with an IT focus
  • Knowledge of the business area’s products and processes within WorldPay
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced in IT project planning, budgeting, and controlling
  • Client service oriented
