The Hana Group is now recruiting for aCPA certified Sr. Financial Analyst to work in our Business Information Systems department at PMRF, Kekaha HI.
This individual will provide support to the following areas: Range Operations Support (ROS), Base Operations Support (BOS), Operation and Maintenance (O&M) utilizing the following systems: Command Financial Management System (CFMS), Standard Accounting Reporting System/Field Level (STARS/FL) and Business Information System (BIS).
Duties include, but are not limited to: providing budget planning and cost analysis/estimating support; developing and managing work breakdown structures; developing program plans; creating and tracking schedules; developing comprehensive program and range operations financial support plans in accordance with CDRL A011 Technical Reports - Studies/Analysis; planning for range infrastructure, instrumentation, system/operational test, and technical logistic support for current and proposed programs; researching and documenting relevant historical data relative to mission and maintenance of systems to be included in the financial support plans.
Duties also include compiling information and cost estimates for the PM on any required range asset improvements, upgrades, changes, or additions that are required to support anticipated future long term needs. Support tracking of approved projects to include summary descripti0n funding lines, and current status.
