Job Description

  • New position based on company growth
  • 8-10+ years of related experience; Bachelors in HR Management or similar (Masters preferred)
  • Roll up sleeves, very involved position
    • Proven HR management/leadership experience required: high degree of employee relations, HR administration, recruiting and talent development face time, heavy onboarding, very strong management skills and all other areas of HR
    • Not required: benefits/compensation/payroll design leadership experience
    • Ability to manage multiple locations – there is domestic travel involved (approximately 25%)
    • Thick skin – able to deal with confrontation
  • Must be very approachable and people focused/conscious; must have ability to reach and connect with all levels within the organization
  • 5 direct reports (2 Generalists, 2 Administrators and 1 Talent Acquisition Manager)
  • Energetic; strategic planner; intellectual & articulate
  • Local candidates ideally
