Job Description



IPMG has a Receptionist/Admin position available in our professional office in St. Charles. Successful candidates will be hard working, possess excellent computer skills, office equipment skills, communication skills,  and have a friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude.  This is not an easy job -  We have a lot of moving parts and need someone who is on their toes everyday.


Responsibilities include:  Answering and directing incoming calls through our computer driven (point and click) Reception console, distribution of mail (LOTS OF MAIL) and faxes, document scanning, (LOTS OF SCANNING), ordering supplies, data entry and internet resourcing, special project support and greeting clients.


Schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with one hour lunch. Summer hours Memorial Day through Labor Day are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Job Requirements


Availability and promptness critical

Intermediate to Advance skill in Microsoft applications a must

Customer service focused/consulting firm experience

Ability to multitask

Excellent communication skills

Ability to prioritize and work productively in a fast-paced environment



At least 2 years of work experience in a receptionist position within a consulting environment.
