Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales technology, Salesforce.com, and projects including Strategic Account Manager compliance

  • Regular and ad hoc reporting for department financials and key performance metrics, including isolation of trends and items requiring corrective actions

  • Manage lead qualification and routing

  • Prospect list development - working with team to identify top companies and find contacts

  • Preparing presentations for management team

  • Support tradeshows and conferences by driving set-up, meeting management and ensure effective show

  • Support Business Intelligence efforts which includes identification of data needs, researching applicable data sources and building ongoing processes to establish and maintain such data

  • Create analysis of markets and segments to maximize profitable growth strategies and ensure sales team is aggressively progressing with opportunities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, problem solving and technical skills, as well as proven business consulting and project management experience.

Requirements:
- 4-Year Degree Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field of study.
- Demonstrated ability to execute multiple, interdependent end to end projects.
- Ability to learn technical details related to CRM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills desired
- Experience working with CRM applications, preferably salesforce.com
- Understanding of basic project management methodologies, PMP certification a plus

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Access knowledge

  • Ability to travel

  • Willingness to move

Skills required

  • Has worked in a similar role in a sales team for 2+ years

  • Advanced SalesForce reporting and administration skills

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Strong analytics and results oriented problem solving skills

  • Great verbal and written skills

  • Exceptional project management and time management skills

  • Proven track record of working with multiple teams to generate results

  • Experience in the social marketing area is a plus
