Job Description

Our customer service representatives will be in charge of day to day customer relations. Whether it is merely a quick check up on their existing services with our client or just a friendly reminder of new updates and savings the customer might be unaware of. We all know life gets in the way and leaves our customers with little to no time to handle the little things. So our job is to make it quick and painless for our customers to get the best out of their existing services and ensure our relationship with them for years to come.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Year Degree Preferred

Our company excels in customer service (CSR) by giving our customers (the Fortune 500 companies) and their customers (the consumers) exceptional interpersonal services.  Handling their one on one sales and marketing accounts our customers get a sense of satisfaction due to our laid back and friendly way of enhancing their existing services. Due to recent expansion, the company has moved to Albuquerque, NM in order to increase the client’s market share. And retain their existing customer accounts and also bring in new customer acquisition.  We take pride in our respect for the client and their customers because without them there is no us.
