Job Description

Oil & Gas Company looking for an Office Manager to add to their small staff.  This position is the "Director of First Impressions", must be comfortable sitting at the front desk and greeting all visitors.
The responsibilities include: Front desk management, Scheduling management, Facilities management,
File management, Supplies & Logistics management, Travel Coordination, HR Coordination, IT Coordination and special administrative assistance.  Must be Dependable and have a strong work ethic.
